Getting There
By Air
Airports within a reasonable distance of Speyer include:- Frankfurt/Main (FRA) international airport in Frankfurt. From the long distance railway station within the airport, travelling to Speyer by train takes 1 hour. Search for a trip "FRA airport" to "Speyer Hauptbahnhof" on bahn.de.
- Frankfurt Hahn (HHN) airport, a Ryanair hub. A bus journey from the airport to Mannheim takes about 2 hours. From Mannheim you can take a regional train to Speyer, which takes 20-30 minutes.
By Rail
Railway station "Speyer Hauptbahnhof" is served by frequent regional trains from Mannheim and Karlsruhe. From there, you can reach the venue by a short walk (1 km), or by taking the "city shuttle" bus 565 to stop "Maximilianstraße" and a shorter walk (300 m). Of course you could also take a taxi from the station.
